1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most pin codes. Delivery availability to your specific location is verified at checkout via pincode validation.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 is charged on orders below ₹499.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days.
Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days.
Other Locations: 7-10 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or public holidays. Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID or phone number.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order may be returned to us. You will be notified and a refund or reshipment will be arranged.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most orders. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may be subject to verification calls.
