1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at info@trendsole.store with your order number within 12 hours of placing the order.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product after delivery as per our return policy below.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact, the product is not damaged by the customer, and proof of purchase (order confirmation) is available.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase, products that have been used, worn, or washed, and products without original packaging or tags.

3. Refund Process

Initiation: Contact us at info@trendsole.store with your order number and reason for return.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.

Refund Timeline: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit/bank transfer (for COD orders).

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
